Three famous and women: Anna Wintour, Jakie Kennedy, Marilyn Monroe.

What they have in common? 

They are both the best in their own business. Anna is the most powerful person in Fashion. Jackie has been the first lady of the United States and maybe the most loved, Marilyn is the most famous actress and stars of all time. They are both fashion icon, Anna has her own personal style, start trends and launch unknown fashion designers. 

Jackie create an unique style, her complete, her tailleur, sunglasses everything she wore immediately become a trend, her style is repeated and copies even today. Marilyn is  beyond fashion her person become a whole with her character, and her clothes were part of it, as mask to hide behind.

They are both icon of all time, but if you think they have another thing in common. They create an iconic hair cut! Always the same perfectly recognizable all over the place.

It is not a case. They create precise image of herself, everything is perfectly coordinated and thinking about and so it is for their hair. They create a strong image to became icon. Having always the same haircut, color and style they  create an ideal of stability and security, they don’t have to change their image their personality was completely represent by it.

That is to say power could get through hair. Anna run a worldwide business it’s image has to be always recognizable and give a sense of stability. Something never change you can trust in it. Jackie was the wife of the president, she has to give an image of herself in which other woman could dream about and admire but also someone to trust and identify oneself. Marilyn create a character that represent a century a country a star system, that image couldn’t change!

Think about it strong woman create her strength also through their outer image, a certainty, symbol of strength and personality.

The Street Style phenomenon

Street style is everywhere, all around us, fashion has never been so show-off and proud to express itsefl in the street, and the media never had such an infatuation an addiction to that.Fashion sometimes born in the street, like the Punk, but sometimes fashion born somewhere maybe even far away and then it show itself in the street.

Now we have a lot more oppurtunity to have fun with fashion, must of the subculture cannot be completely free to express it opinion on the street where everyone can see  it, today fashion rise in i and bright in it. It seems that the only way of being fashion, or to be recognise as it, is to expose yourself in a blog or trying to be photographed.

There are a lot of blog born just for it and most of the blogger, woman as man, use their blog just to post pictures of themself and what they are wearing! the phenomenon has reached also the main magazine as Vogue and Elle, which has an area on their web site dadicated at the street style and they also invite their readers to post pictures.

Sometimes I am not really happy about it, most of the " street stylists" are pure self-love without any sense and care for what fashion is and mean. In some case they are just ugly, their proposal to be unique turn to be as a result a clown, they are over the top, simply too too much!!

The positive part is the funny part, they give you the opportunity to have a lot to talk about and also a lot of laugh! However if they do it because they love fashion more than they love themself I am with them, fashion could also be fun for the ones who dress and for ones who watch! It coulb become an entertainment, but if you use fashion only to appear and you don't respect it the god of fashion will punish you ;)

H&M, as maybe everyone knows, is one of the most famous and important brand of fast fashion, that is to say, clothes that you can buy at really low price and so it gives you the opportunity to change them quickly and buy it a lot. Like the idea of the fast food, eat quikly any time you want, fast fashion is the new millennium way of doing shopping.

In totally contrast of what is High Fashion – Haute Couture, where dress are made to last forever and they are really expensive, whereby you are supposed to buy only one piece in your life.

This two type to view fashion, understand it and produce it, seems to be incompatible, however H&M had the great idea that such an important joint venture could be realize!

The first time was a collaboration with one of the most famous pop star in the world and also a fashion icon: Madonna, who realize her own H&M collection. After that, were the Dutch duo Viktor&Rolf who had inaugurated the collaboration with important fashion brands. After that it was the time of the American brand Jimmy Choo and the last November was an Haute Couture brand such as Lanvin.

Last week we discover who will be the next one, and finally I am happy to say that it will be an Italian brand, maybe one of the most luxury one: Versace.

I am really proud of this joint and also really curios to see what will be like this Versace for H&M collection, we just have to wait until November the 17th, until that we had seen a little premiere on Donatella Versace who wore a dress of the collection at the latest Versace Man catwalk.

Glee Mania

Classic Style`s fashion blogger Eleonora Galli has Glee Mania, She is abosolutely addicted to the show, and her`s what she says about it.

"-Glee mania,not only for their amazing voice but also for their fresh look in fashion. I Love it !

Glee for those who dont´t know it,is a musical comedy-drama television series that airs on FOX in the US, the first season aired on September 2009,the second is still on air.

From the beginning it had an immediate success. The first season wom the2010 Golden Globe Award for Best Television Serie-Musical or Comedy,and Emmy awards for Jane Lynch,guest-star Neil Patrick Harris  Harris and Murphy´s direction of the pilot episode. In 2011,the show once and again won the Golden Globe Awardand and this time even for Best Supporting Actress and Best Supporting Actor respectively.

In short the series focuses on the high schoole glee club New Directions competing on the show choir competition circuit, while its member deal with relationshoíps,sexuality and social issues

I (Eleniora ) start watching the Glee shoe from the first episode,and I immediately fall in love; for the music,for the amazing voice for the funny situation, it make me feel better,happy and light , is not one of those series that talk about serious argument in a serious  way but making you laugh. They touch important social issues, like bullying in the school and homosexuality for young people, but they deal with it in a younger way don’t make you depressed but make you see the escape, the right solution, because there is always one.

I’m obsessed with fashion and music,and the combination of it makes me thrilling, like great stars a Madonna, Lady gaga, Cher, Rihanna can combined it in their video, in this series the maguc is recreated and sometimes in a better way. I love it because I can listen the most beautiful song in the history and sometimes learn new one and I appreciate it because don’t follow the fashion like a victim but play with it and enjoy it. I always dislike those series who are too much obsessed with fashion because I thought doing that they hide the character, and is the same in the real life, if a person is too much a fashion victim that person became totally blind in what is good or bed in fashion and they hide their personality, you do not see a person well-dressed but just a lot of clothes and accessories.

In this series each character express their personality with their cloths,they don´t try to hide them but to use the clothes in a way to represent that character’s personality. They look fresh, they look like high school students trying to experince with fashion and have fun with it, they look real!!

The main cast encompassed club director and Spanish teacher Will Schuester (Matthew Morrison), cheerleading coach Sue Sylvester (Jane Lynch), guidance counselor Emma Pillsbury (Jayma Mays), and eight club members played by Dianna Agron, Chris Colfer, Kevin McHale, Lea Michele, Cory Monteith, Amber Riley, Mark Salling and Jenna

Beautiful wedding from Vogue ITALY

There is a famous filme named "Matrimonio all italiana" translate: Italia´s Wedding with Sophia Loren and Marcello Mastroianni, is one of my favorite movie and I think it represent really good and in a funny way the importance and meaning that Italian pople give at the wedding.

Italians think the wedding not as a simly thing,not just a party where celebrate love, but is something else is lika a window for the family in wich show hoe the family is closes e wealhty,we do a wedding not just for love but as an exposition of all the family involved;the bride´s family and also the groom´s family,wedding in
Italy (as almost everything) is a family affair.
There are some elements in wich focuses all the attention to realize a perfect wedding to talk about to take as a metro for all the past and future weddings:

• The church,usually the wedding take place in the church of the bride,that is where the bride born and grow up here village´s church
• .The wedding dress must be princely,we don¨t use the dress the bridesmaids in the same way or to say to them what to wear.
• Flowers must be everywhere,flowers is one of the thing in which the wedding is judged,they have to be a lot and expensive.
• Jokes, Italians weddingsare really funny because during them we used to makes a lot of ironic jokes on the newlyweds.
• You should have a lot of invited,relatives and friends

But the most important thing is the wedding banquet. Food is the main thing with an Italian wedding is judge,everybody will talk about the food;it was good,it was enough,ecc...All the family would be judge good or bad depending on the banquet,and the wedding would be remeber mainly for that particular. Both families spend most of their money on food and the location, it could be a Villa or in a resturant,but most of the time are old Villas, really beautiful.

And thats what Italians wedding are really expensive and a family affair. I personally don¨t like the way we do our wedding I´m more for a privet and simply cermony, but all depends on taste and mostly the bride´s taste !
I have to mention that I¨m from north of Italy and in our country there are important differences from the North and the South, I think that what I say something that we can find in every Italians wedding but there are many elements that depends from the place you came from.
