Royal Wedding dresses
While the world is still speculating about the design of  Kate Middleton’s wedding dress by Sarah Burton, lets take a moment to look at the royal
wedding dresses of  princesses of the past.

First out Princess Diana

after thir fairytale wedding in july 1981

Princess Margaret wedding dress was designed by Norman Hartnell who was a royal dressmaker for Queen Elisabeth-
She married celeb photographer Anthony Armstrong-Jones, wearing a simple silk organza wedding dress and statement tiara

.The bling went on her head in the form a of the famous Poltimore Tiara. Commissioned in 1870 for lady Poltimore, the tiara was bought at auction especially for Margret.

Queen Elisabeth
Queen Elisabeth Wedding in 1947, she married Philip Mountbatten of Greece and Denmark in 1947. Wedding dress designed by Norman Hartnell
The Tiara is something "borrowed", Elisabeth wore this pricelsess
jewellered tiara George III which was especially made
for her grandmother Queen Mary

Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson were given the titles Duke and Duchess of York on their wedding day on July 23, 1986 at Westmister Abbey.

Crown princess Mary of denmark wore a simple and unpretentious ballgown by Dansih designer Uffe Frank.

Mette-marit of Norway wore a simple long-sleeved gown designed by Norwedian designer Ove Harde Finseth. Her only accessories were a tiara and vintage veil. very feminie shape.

Princess Martha-Louise of Norway wore a weddingdress design by Wenche Lyche when she married Mr Ari Behn in 2002.

Crown princess Victora of Sweden wore a elegant beautiful wedding gown design by Swedish designer Pär Engsheden  when she married Mr Daniel Westling in 2010.
Prince Daniel's speech to his expectant wife was one of the most beautiful and romantic imaginable. He held it alternately in Swedish and in English, you can read for yourself this what he said in English, the number is far as attaching the link can you translate themselves. wonderfully loving

Ladies and Gentlemen dear family and friends, dear Victoria, princess of Sweden and princess of my heart,There have been times when Victorias official duties have separated us. Often taken her to faraway countries and continents. I will never forget some years ago when she left for one of her many trips, this time to China. We were going to be apart for a whole month. The night before she left, she got home late after an official engagement, and she had many preparations to make before the long month of duties ahead. Instead of getting some valuable sleep she stayed up the whole night writing. In the morning after she had gone I found a box. And in that box I found 30 beautiful letters addressed to me. One for every day she would be away.

This romantic gesture is typical of you Victoria. It says everything about the loving person you are. Once upon a time the young man was perhaps not a frog, in the beginning of the fairytale…(skratt)…as in the story first told by the Grimm brothers. But he was certainly not a prince. The first kiss did not change that. His transformation was not possible without the support of the wise king and queen, who had ruled the kingdom for many years, and who were full of wisdom, experience and had good heart. They knew what was best and guided the young couple with a gentle hand, generously sharing all their experience
